Agra: The seven-day book exhibition at the Centre for Ambition, Agra, was inaugurated. The exhibition will run from September 9 to 15, 2024. It features a wide variety of books in Hindi, English, Urdu, and other Indian languages, catering to readers of all age groups.
The collection includes picture books for children, novels, plays, and stories for young readers, as well as books on self-help, science, biographies, fiction, and non-fiction for adults. The exhibition aims to promote reading among people of all ages.
At the inaugural event, Additional Commissioner of Police, Agra, Keshav Chaudhary (IPS), spoke to the children about the importance of books and how reading played a crucial role in his journey to becoming an IPS officer. He encouraged young readers to explore various genres in today’s digital age.
Prominent figures attending the event included R.B.S. College Principal, Vijay Srivastava, Principal of Army Public School, Rupali Srivastava, and Director of the Centre for Ambition, Amit Singh.
